"14 years ago I took my first steps in the sacred practice of Yoga and when I noticed that my transformation was so powerful, I decided to train as an instructor in the mother land of Yoga, INDIA🇮🇳 with my teachers in: Himalaya Yoga Valley, Goa / Yog Nirvana, Rishikesh and Sharath Yoga Centre in Mysore."
When guiding I use breathing techniques, the wisdom of Traditional Yoga and other therapies to reduce stress and alleviate the effects generated by modern anxiety. My mission is clear: to offer you more than just a temporary escape, I want you to fall in love with the present moment, and find your own path to inner harmony and inspire a healthy, true and sustainable change. 🧘🏻♀️
