Im a Yoga instructor based in Panama and my goal is that all my students can leave my gatherings fulfilled and committed to achieve conscious way of living. I started practicing yoga in 2011 as a way to manage stress. Little did I know that in a few years I would have the privilege of becoming a teacher passionately focused on sharing this magic with others who, like me, were tired of feeling less than vibrant. My goal today is to share these techniques and tools with you. Let's do this together!
